Se doreste achizitionarea de Produse de cariera - Criblura sort 4-8, 8-16, 16-22.4, 16-31.5 mm, Nisip concasat 0-4 mm pentru statia de asfalt Morlaca DRDP CLUJ. Valoarea estimată a acordului cadru Minima 30.200,00 lei fara TVA Maxima: 1.852.750,00 lei fara TVA Valoarea celui mai mare Contract Subsecvent 430.200,00 lei fara TVA Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordurilor cadru si a contractelor subsecvente sunt conform Listelor de cantitati anexate la Caietul de sarcini. Se vor incheia min. 2 contracte subsecvent pe an. Prezentul acord –cadru nu reprezinta baza legala pentru angajarea fondurilor publice. In baza acestui acord-cadru se vor atribui contracte subsecvente care constituie temei legal pentru plata. Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica contractul potrivit art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, cu conditia ca aceste modificari sa nu se incadreze in prevederile art. 221 alin. 7 din Legea 98/2016, adica nu reprezinta o modificare substantiala. Clauze de revizuire cf. art. 221 alin. (1) lit. a) din Legea nr. 98/2016, care anticipează eventualele modificări ce pot interveni în derularea contractului sunt urmatoarele: 1.
