Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są: PRODUKTY LECZNICZE, KONTRASTY dla Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego im. NMP w Częstochowie. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w formularzach asortymentowo-cenowych, stanowiących Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ. Pozostałe warunki dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Załączniku Nr 6 do SWZ, stanowiącym projektowane postanowienia umowy. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze części ustalone w Załączniku Nr 2 do SWZ. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolne części lub na cały przedmiot zamówienia. 4.Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na 55 części, tj.: Części nr 1 - 13 Leki programowe Części nr 14 - 33 Leki podstawowe Części 34 – 39 Leki psychotropowe Część 40 Leki narkotyczne Części 41-51 Antybiotyki Części nr 52 - 55 Kontrasty 5.
