Upphandling av konsulttjänst för vidareutveckling av SPSM:s produktions-, editerings- och publiceringsverktyg. Tjänsten omfattar att utveckla och vidareutveckla ett modernt produktions-, publicerings- och editeringsverktyg för att kunna optimera produktionen av tekniskt tillgängliggjorda och pedagogiskt anpassade läromedel och stödmaterial. Med verktyget ska SPSM kunna skapa texter och/eller e-böcker som sedan ska kunna generas till tillgängliga format som PDF/UA och EPUB3.
