Description
Byggnad 40 på sjukhusområdet i Lund är en robust byggnad som innehåller avancerad vårdverksamhet. Byggnaden uppfördes under sent 60-tal och har genom åren genomgått otaliga ombyggnader. Många av försörjningssystemen behöver ses över och bytas ut. Samtliga discipliner kommer ses över och i viss omfattning bytas ut eller kompletteras. Åtgärder för Bygg, VVS, El, och Styr & Regler ska tas fram och genomföras med hjälp av upphandlade entreprenörer.
