Description
Aufgrund des Bundesgesetzes über die Errichtung einer Bundesbeschaffung Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (BB-GmbH-Gesetz), BGBl. I 39/2001, i. d. F. BGBl. I Nr. 76/2006, wurde die Bundesbeschaffung GmbH (BBG) mit der Firmenbuchnummer FN 210220 y errichtet. Aufgabe der BBG ist insbesondere die Durchführung von Vergabeverfahren sowie der Abschluss von Verträgen, insbesondere auch im Namen und auf Rechnung des Bundes. Gemäß § 3 Abs. 3 BB-GmbH-Gesetz ist die BBG weiters berechtigt, im Namen und auf Rechnung von Ländern, Gemeinden und Gemeindeverbänden und von Auftraggebern gemäß §§ 4, 166 bis 168 Bundesvergabegesetz 2018 (BVergG 2018), BGBl. I Nr. 65/2018, in der jeweils geltenden Fassung, Vergabeverfahren zur Deckung deren Bedarfes an Waren und Dienstleistungen durchzuführen. Die BBG ist eine zentrale Beschaffungsstelle gemäß § 2 Z 47 BVergG 2018.
