Kristiansand municipality needs to modernise its parking systems and is, thus, invited to a market dialogue for procurement of systems for managing parking. The purpose is to gain insight into the market ́s ability to deliver uniform parking systems as a service, including both cloud based systems and the necessary technical equipment.
