Description
The contracting authority needs data sets that describe the climate and travel habits of residents per basic district in the municipality. The mobility data shall be delivered monthly and it shall provide information on how much an average inhabitants travel with different means of transport. In addition data shall be delivered for consumable emissions from 2023 for inhabitants per basic district. The delivery includes mobility data from Telia where Telia Crowd Insights is used to provide actual measurements of how people move, mapped using mobile signals. The contracting authority will use the data to analyse travel patterns, identify bottlenecks and possibilities and suggest measures to reduce traffic and greenhouse gas emissions in Asker.
