Description
Finnfund is looking for a (one) long term full-time work consultant to support Finnfund and Finnfund’s investee companies in Environmental and Social and Impact work for investments in digital infrastructure and applications under EFSD+ (https://international-partnerships.ec.europa.eu/funding-and-technical-assistance/funding-instruments/european-fund-sustainable-development-plus-efsd_en) guarantee Africa Connected (the Programme). As a member of Finnfund’s investment teams, the consultant will participate in preparation and monitoring Finnfund’s investment in accordance with the highest international standards. This entails pre-investment due diligence (DD) work in accordance with international and Finnfund requirements, and subsequent monitoring and support to the companies. The Consultant will work as part of Finnfund’s deal teams and will be stationed in Finnfund’s offices in Helsinki and/or Nairobi. The Consultant will work at Finnfund's Helsinki office for the first two (2) months from the moment the Consultant is available to the Client.
