Description
The object of procurement is a to deliver on commercial, financial, environmental & social and technical due diligence and market study assignments to enable successful investments in digital infrastructure and solutions sphere under EFSD+ guarantee Africa Connected (the Programme) program (https://international-partnerships.ec.europa.eu/funding-and-technical-assistance/funding-instruments/european-fund-sustainable-development-plus-efsd_en). A more detailed description of the Service is available in Annex 1.1 TOR DIS Assignments. The Framework Agreement is divided into seven (7) lots: 1. Capital raise (loan or equity) / Exit execution support assignment 2. Commercial Due Diligence assignments 3. Financial Due Diligence assignments 4. Technical Due Diligence assignments 5. Market study assignments 6. Pipeline building assignments 7. Environmental & Social Due Diligence assignments All those tenderers who meet the selection criteria and the minimum requirements for the procurement object will be included in the Framework Agreement.
