Description

The project envisages the construction of a residential building C1 - a non-profit and social housing facility, in the existing settlement complex "Dr. Ivan Ribar", floors B+G+4+Attic, with 133 social housing units, with secured parking spaces in the existing garage and on plots, total BRGP 9,451.25 m2, above ground 8,115.76 m2 on cadastral plot 6816/1 KO Novi Beograd. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the facility it is planned from Mileva Marić Ajnštajn Street and through the internal roads in the complex, which have been completely constructed. The project of roads and underground garages for the residential complex S10 provides the necessary number of parking spaces for all buildings in the complex including facility C1. These roads, parking lots and covered parking are fully constructed and are already in operation, so that for tenants building C1 does not need to create new parking spaces.
