Description
Sandnes, Klepp, Time, Hå, Gjesdal, Sola, Haugesund, Utsira, Randaberg, Kvitsøy, Eigersund, Sokndal, Lund, Karmøy, Bokn, Tysvær, Bjerkreim and Vindafjord, hereafter called the contracting authority/customer, invite tenderers to a competition for a contract for a new professional system for the child welfare service. Sandnes kommune is the host municipality and responsible for the implementation of the competition. The contracting authority needs to procure a new and updated digital platform for case handling in the child protection service. Based on the ongoing education reform and changes to the Child Protection Act, there is a need for digitalisation, simplification, reporting, inhabitant dialogue and standardisation of work processes for the child protection service. The contracting authority would like, thus, to enter into an ongoing service contract for the right to use a child welfare trade system.
