Description
The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet was informed in spring 2023 that the current ticket system, SRO, will no longer be offered as a system for the Nordic market from 2024. This fall, a competition has therefore been held to choose a new supplier and a new system. The contract is now signed with Tixly. The tender contest requires functionality for settlement and payment that can only be solved through payment systems provided by a third party. NETS is provided by Tixly as the only tenderer who can deliver a physical redeem contract for payment over terminals, as well as an online check out that is fully integrated with the ticket system. There is both a well-functioning integration that is in use by several comparable Norwegian actors and a partner cooperation between Tixly and the tenderer in question.
