Description
Contract for service and support for the Visual Act Stage Wagon System (AGV system). Scissor No. #25021 Description As a part of the permanent stage machinery, DNO&B has a system consisting of automated stage trolleys (Automated Guided Vehicle), which was delivered in 2008 by the now defunct Visual Act AB in Stockholm, Sweden. The stage trolleys consist of modules that are assembled together in different assemblys to form automated trolleys that are used for performances and other technical work in the stage area. The system is controlled by the Visual Acts Control System W&S Stage, which is specifically designed for this product. To operate this system, special knowledge of the Visual Act's vehicle system is decisive, limiting the available options for support and service. We are therefore seeking to enter into a "service and support agreement" with East Side Technologies who have one of the original creators of the system as employees, who have in-depth knowledge of the system in it's entirety.
