Description

Indre Østfold municipality shall procure a hook loader that is used for winter operation and summer operations on municipal roads, including moving machines, construction works, hook container transport, snow clearing and gritting, mass haulage and asphalt patching etc.  The vehicle that is delivered shall be of the latest model and it shall fulfil the requirements in accordance with the vehicle regulations/EU directives, in addition the requirements that the registration authority has at all times had to set.
