Description
The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for cleaning products that are used in the contracting authority ́s operations. The framework agreement shall cover cleaning products within the following main product groups: 1.Waste management 2.Matter 3.Cleaning supplies 4.Drying systems 5.Cleaning agents 6.Personal hygiene The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend it further for 1+1 year, total four years.

- Quality — Quality: Product samples. service and follow-up, cost reducing measures.
- Price — Price will be evaluated based on total price.
- Quality — Emphasis will be put on the following under the award criteria environment: a. Tenderers shall state which transport system and vehicles will be used for freight transport for this contract.…
