Description
Karriereveiledning.no is a national service that offers free and anonymous career guidance for the entire population. The service is available via drop-in on chat and telephone. The service is operated and coordinated by the Directorate for Higher Education and Competence (HK-dir) in Tromsø. Telephone and chat enquiries from end-users will be received and answered via a contact centre platform. Hk-dir needs a contact centre platform for telephone and chat that can be integrated on the website.
