Description
Orkland municipality would like, with the implementation of this competition, to establish a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement/leasing of official vehicles of different types and sizes. The aim of the scheme is to ensure Orkland municipality (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) access to the vehicles that would always need to be procured.
