THE SALE OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY WITH A CONTRACT FOR REGISTRATION - LENSVIK (SANDVOLLAN) Orkland municipality announces that long-term rejection contracts are signed in accordance with Husbanken ́s scheme, combined with the sale/disposal of municipal property in Lensvik (Sandvollan). Orkland municipality would like to develop good and future orientated residences for inhabitants with a need for safe and stable living conditions. In order to achieve this, the municipality would like cooperation with private actors who would like to own, develop and manage housing, at the same time that the municipality is given the right to reject a share of the dwellings through Husbanken's rejection scheme. Tender offers are wanted from professional rental actors who can take over and develop the property for a modern housing project that meets the need for available and adapted housing, primarily for older residents in the area.
