Description
Upphandlingen syftar till att tillhandahålla VA-verksamheten inom ESEM med ett systemstöd för att förenkla informationshämtning och dataanalys. För detta ändamål söks ett användarvänligt web-baserat verktyg med enkel sökfunktion som ger användaren möjlighet analysera data ur olika aspekter och olika tidsperioder, användaren ska kunna jämföra stora mängder av data, göra beräkningar och statistiska bearbetningar. Systemet ska levereras som en On-Prem tjänst och driftas i beställarens regi.
