La mise en concurrence a pour objet la mise à disposition d'infrastructures et d'équipements associés en vue de la constitution, l'exploitation et le développement d'un Terminal de manutention de véhicules légers neufs à l'importation et à l'exportation, et à l'accueil de navires car-carriers de grande dimension dans la partie Sud du secteur Pinède Nord et le choix de l'opérateur du projet. La participation à la présente consultation est autorisée à tout armateur actif dans le transport de véhicules neufs à l'importation et à l'exportation et disposant d'une flotte d'au moins 6 navires de type car-carriers et/ou à toute entreprise gérant déjà en propre ou via une filiale contrôlée à plus de 60% un terminal de marchandise portuaire spécialisé dans l'importation/exportation de véhicules neufs et disposant de ce fait d'une expérience réelle dans le traitement des voitures neuves à l'importation ou à l'exportation pouvant être depuis sur des navires de type car carriers
