Description

Procedura ristretta per la fornitura «in service» di apparecchiature, strumentario e materiale di consumo per interventi chirurgici in artroscopia, da aggiudicare a lotto unico, all'offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa, ai sensi dell'art. 95, comma 6 del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016. Il valore annuo della fornitura è di 210 000,00 EUR, IVA esclusa, con oneri per la sicurezza e l'eliminazione di rischi interferenziali pari a 0 EUR, per un valore quadriennale di 840 000,00 EUR, IVA esclusa ed un valore massimo stimato comprensivo dell'opzione di rinnovo di ulteriori 12 mesi e di ulteriori 6 mesi di proroga tecnica pari a 1 155 000,00 EUR, IVA esclusa.
