Questo Polo, nell'ambito dello svolgimento delle proprie attività, ha necessità di approvvigionare parti di ricambio per le torrette remotizzate Hitrole Light installate sulle piattaforme in ciclo logistico di Forza Armata, per un importo di € 1.969.000,00 IVA ESENTE. Per tale approvvigionamento, l'Ente intende adottare una procedura negoziata prevista dall'art. 76, comma 2, lettera B Decreto Legislativo n. 36/2023, con la ditta LEONARDO SPA con sede legale in Roma quale titolare esclusiva del know-how progettuale ed ingegneristico sia di prodotto che di processo, ivi inclusi i processi di manutenzione e riparazione dei suddetti materiali.
