Description

Procedura aperta ai sensi dell’art. 60 del D.Lgs 50/2016 e s.s.s.m. e i.. L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento del servizio di gestione delle residenze universitarie sedi di Napoli e Aversa. Il servizio ha la durata di 48 mesi a decorrere dalla data di avvio rinnovabile per ulteriori 24 mesi. La gara è stata indetta con Decreto del Direttore Generale dell’ADiSURC n. 834/67/CRA1 del 26 luglio 2022. Si applica il D.Lgs. 18.04.2016, n. 50 e sue successive modificazioni ed integrazioni, nonché le altre norme di legge e regolamento espressamente richiamate nel capitolato o comunque applicabili ai servizi oggetto dell’appalto.
