L’operatore economico, per lo svolgimento del servizio, dovrà garantire il rispetto delle procedure previste dal workflow produttivo, relativamente ai fulltext, ai dati e ai metadati, definito dalla stazione appaltante ivi compreso l’utilizzo e il popolamento dati delle piattaforme tecnologiche utilizzate dalla stazione appaltante (software, database relazionali sia in ambiente client server, che server web, applicazioni content manager, etc.), in particolare le piattaforme multifunzione Pressflow full 2.6 db 2.2 e Booksflow (academic version v. 1); dovrà inoltre prevedere e garantire l’utilizzo di software (database relazionali sia in ambiente client server, che server web, applicazioni content manager, etc.) aggiornati e compatibili con gli strumenti software in uso presso il Centro servizi Firenze University Press
