Description
Il presente appalto ha per oggetto i servizi di supporto tecnico ingegneristico agli interventi di valorizzazione e di manutenzione straordinaria del patrimonio immobiliare di proprietà dei Fondi gestiti da Invimit SGR. In particolare, il Fornitore dovrà assicurare il supporto al Responsabile Unico del Progetto (RUP) / Responsabile dell’Esecuzione del Contratto (REC) nello svolgimento nelle attività di rispettiva competenza relativamente alle procedure per l’affidamento e esecuzione di lavori e/o servizi di ingegneria e architettura relative agli interventi di valorizzazione e di manutenzione straordinaria del patrimonio immobiliare di proprietà (nel seguito per brevità anche “Opere”)
