L'appalto integrato ha a oggetto l'affidamento congiunto dei servizi di architettura e ingegneria per la progettazione esecutiva, nonché l'esecuzione dei lavori e la fornitura degli arredi, per la realizzazione di due nuovi edifici universitari e un parcheggio multipiano presso l'ex area ospedaliera San Rocco, sita in Ferrara, Via Fossato di Mortara 70, per l'importo complessivo di € 24.255.418,65, così suddivisi: Servizi di architettura e ingegneria - progettazione esecutiva: € 467.191,11; Lavori a corpo: € 20.242.924,45; Lavori a misura: € 1.975.687,18; Fornitura e installazione arredi: € 809.770,79; Opere in economia non soggette a ribasso: € 40.000,00; Costi della sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso: € 719.845,12; Si rimanda allo schema di contratto allegato al disciplinare di gara.
