Procedura aperta per la conclusione di un Accordo Quadro per l’affidamento di lavori di manutenzione straordinaria, messa in sicurezza ed efficientamento del sistema portuale di interesse regionale, con al massimo cinque operatori economici, per la durata di anni quattro, da aggiudicarsi con il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo, ai sensi degli artt. 59 e 71 del D.lgs. 36/2023.
