Description
Il valore complessivo dell'appalto, non vincolante in funzione della natura delle convenzioni messe a gara riguardo ai vari lotti, è stato stimato in euro 14.792.154, I.V.A. esclusa, per la durata di 24 mesi (12 mesi + 12 mesi opzionali). Ciascuna Convenzione dovrà intendersi conclusa antecedentemente rispetto alla sua naturale scadenza qualora, prima del decorso della durata naturale, l'importo complessivo venga esaurito. Viceversa, nel caso in cui il predetto importo complessivo alla naturale scadenza della Convenzione non risulti esaurito, RAI avrà la facoltà di estendere la durata della stessa, al fine del raggiungimento dell'importo contrattuale.
