Procedura aperta N.3894/AP/2024 , ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D.lgs. n. 36/2023, per l’affidamento decennale dell’appalto relativo al servizio di conduzione/gestione AIA-IPPC dell’installazione per la termovalorizzazione dei rifiuti non pericolosi sito nel comune di Acerra di proprietà della Regione Campania del servizio di trasporto e conferimento ad impianti di recupero di 100.000tn/annue da aggiudicare con il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa ai sensi dell’art. 108, co. 1, del D.lgs n. 36/2023.
