Description
Procedura Aperta ai sensi degli art. 71 del d.lgs. 36/2023, per l’affidamento del “servizio di carico, trasporto e conferimento ad impianti di recupero energetico e/o di materia in ambito nazionale e comunitario, ovvero ad impianti di smaltimento in ambito comunitario, di circa 6.000 t di rifiuti stoccati in balle presso il sito nel comprensorio della caserma militare di Persano, nel Comune di Serre (SA) e classificati, a valle della caratterizzazione effettuata, con codice EER 19.12.12.”, da aggiudicare con il criterio del minor prezzo, ai sensi del co. 3 dell’art. 108 del D.Lgs. 36/2023
