Description
Bergen municipality plans a competition for the procurement of system support within HR, finance and procurement. Bergen municipality currently uses Unit4 ERP as a system support for HR and payroll, finance and purchasing/e-commerce. The municipality has two installations, one for HR/personnel, payroll, travel, travel book and expenses, and one for finances and procurements/e-commerce. Both systems are installed in the municipality ́s operational centre and operated by the municipality ́s internal operational supplier. The current system supplier has notified the liquidation of the existing systems and the municipality is therefore planning to procure ICT system(s) that will cover the future needs within the mentioned areas. In addition to these systems, Bergen municipality has free-standing systems for recruitment and competence planning/CV/employee follow-up that is part of the scope of the procurement. It is planned to procure ICT system(s) delivered as SaaS.
