Description
Sarpsborg municipality is in need of a new project and portfolio management tool, which shall be able to be implemented in the first half of 2025. As a part of this process, Sarpsborg municipality wants one-to-one market dialogue (RFI) prior to the procurement of a Project programme and portfolio management tool (PPM). The market dialogue will be used for the development of any requirement specifications.
