Description
Stavanger municipality will soon invite tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of used furniture. Three tenderers shall be awarded, which will be awarded assignments in prioritised order during the agreement period. In connection with the continual announcement of the framework agreement, Stavanger municipality has some questions regarding price and options for the delivery of used furniture with zero emission vehicles.1. Price: Stavanger municipality is considering to have fixed prices for the used furniture in the main assortment, with indexation once a year. The main assortment will make up the largest part of the procurements. The procurement price plus mark-up will apply to products in the B assortment (products that are included in the contract ́s extent, but are not included in the price form). Alternatively, Stavanger municipality considers to have a Procurement Price plus mark-up for all goods included in the contract.
