Predmetom zákazky je dodávka zemného plynu, skoordinovanie a zabezpečenie prepravy a distribúcie plynu, resp. poskytovanie systémových služieb v kvalite garantovanej technickými podmienkami prevádzkovateľa distribučnej sústavy vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku v trvaní 24 mesiacov, najdlhšie do 31.12.2025 pre verejného obstarávateľa a ďalších verejných obstarávateľov pristupujúcich k VO, na základe podmienok stanovených v Oznámení o vyhlásení verejného obstarávania a v súťažných podkladoch.
