Predmet ovog postupka je nabava usluge prijevoza vode na otoke, odnosno otočna naselja (Molat – Molat, Zapuntel, Brgulje; Silba; Premuda; Ist; Iž – Veli Iž, Mali Iž-Porovac, Mali Iž; Rava – Vela Rava, Mala Rava i Olib), koji su u sastavu Grada Zadra, brodom vodonoscem, sukladno Pravilniku o uvjetima i načinu ostvarivanja naknade troškova prijevoza vode vodonoscem i/ili autocisternom i razlike do pune cijene vode (NN 68/2019), Zakonu o otocima (116/2019, 73/2020 i 70/2021).
