Description

Predmet nabave je usluga posebnog linijskog prijevoza učenika s upisnog područja Osnovne škole Krunoslava Kutena i Osnovne škole Marije Jurić Zagorke u Vrbovcu, sukladno članku 69. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi („Narodne novine“, broj 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 7/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22, 155/23 i 156/23) i članku 44. Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu („Narodne novine“, broj 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21 i 114/22) na nastavu i sa nastave, od najbližeg stajališta međumjesnog ili gradskog prijevoza do škole ili školi najbližeg stajališta međumjesnog ili gradskog prijevoza. Pružanje usluge prijevoza učenika pružati će se u vrijeme trajanja školske godine 2025./2026., 2026./2027., 2027./2028. i 2028./2029. Pružanje usluge se mora vršiti kvalitetno i sigurno u skladu s odredbama Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu („Narodne novine“, broj 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21 i 114/22) i drugim zakonima i podzakonskim propisima kojima se regulira prijevoz putnika, a posebno prijevoz djece (učenika) te se moraju kontinuirano poduzimati mjere i aktivnosti radi povećanja kvalitete usluga i sigurnosti u prometu…
