De gemeente is op zoek naar een partij die preventieve ondersteuning biedt bij (beginnende) problemen gericht op deze groep jeugdigen en ouders met een verhoogd risico op de ontwikkeling van problemen en zorgvragen. Deze vroegtijdige inzet van ondersteuning helpt hen om zich te ontwikkelen tot zelfredzame en veerkrachtige inwoners. Deze partij gaat onderdeel uitmaken van het Basisteam Jeugd, en levert de volgende diensten: de inzet van jongerenwerk; de inzet van jeugdmaatschappelijk werk; de exploitatie van jongerencentrum Todo.
