Description
De overeenkomst bestaat uit het opstellen van een integraal ontwerp voor de nieuwbouw van het Multifunctionele Accommodatie (MFA) Wilhelminadorp in Best op de huidige locatie. Het bestaande schoolgebouw BR!CKS, buurthuis Kadans, Kinderopvang Little People en de gymzaal worden daarbij gesloopt om de nieuwbouw mogelijk te kunnen maken. Ten behoeve van deze nieuwbouw wil de gemeente nu als eerste stap een ontwerpteam selecteren wat een ontwerp maakt op basis waarvan definitieve besluitvorming (vrijgave krediet) in de raad plaats kan vinden. Aansluitend moet bij positieve besluitvorming in de raad een ontwerp gemaakt worden op basis waarvan dit gebouw aanbesteed en gerealiseerd kan worden.
