Dit programma van eisen (PVE) is bedoeld voor het uitvoeren van preventief- en correctief (storingen) onderhoud aan minigemalen, rioolgemalen, bergbezinkinstallaties en eventuele overige rioolinstallaties in de gemeente Waterland en heeft tot doel het preventief onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen op te dragen aan de opdrachtnemer. De gemeente steekt met dit programma van eisen in op een duurzame uitvoering van het onderhoud.
