Description
De aanbesteding ziet toe op de levering, implementatie en het beheer van de digitale moderne werkplek. Het resultaat van deze aanbestedingsprocedure is een Overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer. De totale raming bij een contractperiode van 12 jaar bedraagt EUR € 2.940.000, - inclusief eenmalige implementatiekosten, exclusief BTW. Deze raming is opgebouwd uit eenmalige kosten ad € 300.000, - voor de implementatiekosten. De verwachtte structurele kosten bedragen voorts € 220.0000, -per jaar. Dit bedrag geldt tevens als maximale raming en is derhalve het drempelbedrag waarvoor een Inschrijver in de Inschrijvingsfase kan aanbieden. Inschrijvingen met een financiële waarde boven het drempelbedrag, worden zonder verdere beoordeling direct terzijde gelegd. Voor de omvang van de Opdracht is er sprake van gebruik van de digitale moderne werkplek door circa 300 gebruikers.
