<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.<br/>Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires.<br/>Le marché a pour objet d'assurer les missions de médecine du travail qui incombe au GPMM à l'égard de ses salariés, en application des dispositions prévues aux articles L4621-4 et suivants du Code du Travail et R 4621-1. Conformément aux articles D4622-1 et D4622-2 du Code du Travail, le GPMM souhaite confier ces missions à un service de santé au travail interentreprises (Lot 1). Ce marché a également pour objet des prestations d'infirmerie (Lot2) et d'assistance sociale (Lot3).<br/>
