Description
Le CEA organise une procédure d’appel d’offres restreint en vue de l’attribution d’un accord-cadre, ci-après désigné « l’accord-cadre », portant sur la réalisation de prestations de services de téléphonie fixe. Le périmètre de l’accord-cadre est scindé en deux lots, regroupant les types de prestations suivants : Lot n°1 : Prestations de prise en charge des accès de communication des lignes individuelles Lot n°2 : Prestations de prise en charge des accès de communication des lignes groupées Les soumissionnaires peuvent se positionner sur un ou deux lots. Le CEA se réserve la possibilité de confier les différents lots à un même soumissionnaire. Chaque lot fera l’objet d’une analyse indépendante suivant les critères définis au présent règlement d’appel d’offres. La date prévisionnelle de démarrage de l’accord-cadre est le 1er avril 2025. Cet accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 2 ans fermes et de 2 options de prolongation d’une durée de 1 année chacune.
