Description
Le marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de services visant à assurer la préparation, la gestion opérationnelle et la diffusion des chaînes FAST de l'INA, en maintenant un périmètre équivalent à celui actuel à savoir 2 chaines Fast existantes, tout en prenant en compte un éventuel élargissement selon les besoins de l'INA. Cela inclut la création potentielle de nouvelles chaînes ainsi que le lancement des chaînes existantes et futures auprès de nouveaux acteurs de distribution. Dans ce cadre, le présent accord-cadre impose la mise à disposition par le titulaire d'une solution SaaS permettant la création, la distribution et la gestion opérationnelle de ces chaînes. Il s'agit d'un marché de services de techniques de l'information et de la communication. Le marché comporte une obligation de moyens et de résultats suivant la prestation en cause.
