Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de télésurveillance, interventions, gardiennage, rondes de sécurité et de prestations humaines de sécurité sur les sites du Conseil départemental de la Haute-Garonne. Elle inclut la réalisation de prestations humaines de sécurité évènementielle dans des Établissements Recevant du Public (ERP) ou pour des Installations Ouvertes au Public (IOP). La présente consultation est une procédure adaptée soumise aux dispositions de l'article R.2123-1-3 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'accords-cadres mono-attributaires avec minimums et maximums, exécutables par émission de bons de commande au fur et à mesure des besoins
