Description
Le présent accord-cadre porte sur la réalisation de prestation de pose et dépose de décors lumineux pour la période de Noël. Il s'agit d'un accord cadre non alloti, s'exécutant par bons de commande. Le présent contrat porte tant sur les illuminations louées par la Commune, que celles lui appartenant. Toutefois, il est précisé que la Commune se réserve la possibilité de procéder à la pose/dépose des matériels par ses propres services, sans que le titulaire ne puisse élever aucune réclamation.
