Description
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de définir les termes régissant des futurs marchés à passer (désignés ci-après marchés subséquents) pour l'achat et la livraison de divers matériels d'équipement de cuisine. Le présent marché ne porte pas sur les mobiliers et petits matériels de cuisine couvert par un marché en cours d'exécution. Le présent accord cadre couvre les besoins en gros matériels, meubles, et équipements nécessaires au fonctionnement de la Restauration collective, du restaurant municipal, des cuisines satellites, et aux opérations d'aménagement de selfs services dans les établissements scolaires.
