Description
La présente consultation est un accord-cadre, mono-attributaire et non alloti, qui a pour objet des prestations de fourniture et livraison des titres restaurant sous format papier et dématérialisé pour les personnels du groupement de commandes composé de la SA Les Résidences Yvelines, de la société APILOGIS et de la société LLI. La consultation est passée sous la forme d'une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2 et R. 2124-2 et R. 2161-2 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations objet de l'accord cadre seront exécutées via l'émission de bons de commandes.
