La présente consultation a pour objet des prestations d'entretien et de dépannage des équipements de télédistribution sur le patrimoine du Groupe Les Résidences. La présente consultation est passée sous la forme d'un appel d'offres ouvert, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2 et R. 2124-2 1° du Code de la commande publique. Conformément à l'article L. 2113-10 du Code de la commande publique, les prestations sont dévolues en deux (2) lots, traités chacun en marché séparé
