Le présent marché a pour objet la désignation d'un Délégué à la Protection des Données (DPD) et d'un Responsable de la Sécurité du Système d'Information (RSSI) pour le compte de la Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (CMA PACA). Le présent marché est passé selon la procédure formalisée. Il s'agit d'un appel d'offres ouvert, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-1 et 2124-2 et R. 2124-1 et R. 2124-2 et R.2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est décomposé en deux (2) lots définis de la manière suivante : - LOT 1 : Délégué à la protection des données (DPD) externe - LOT 2 : Responsable de la sécurité des systèmes d'information (RSSI) externe Les candidats pourront présenter une offre pour un ou plusieurs lots. Dans le cas où un candidat propose une offre pour les deux lots, il devra proposer deux profils distincts répondant chacun aux missions de l'un des lots. En effet, au vu de la spécificité des compétences requises pour chaque poste et du rôle différent attendu au regard des missions vis-à-vis de la CMA PACA, une même personne ne peut pas cumuler les deux fonctions.
