La présente consultation a pour objectif de faire appel à une agence chargée d’assurer des prestations de con-seil, de mise en œuvre de relations presse nationales, ainsi que la gestion de partenariats et des achats d’espaces publicitaires et médias. Le descriptif technique des prestations est précisé au sein du cahier des clauses techniques particulières (ci-après le « CCTP ») commun aux deux lots.
